We, as a society, are living through unprecedented times that has affected everyone in some way.  It is difficult to move forward on top of disappointment, loss, fear and grief. We have had to learn quickly how to adapt to the changes of our world and many of us are certainly not feeling clear, centered and balanced. Maybe even some of us are feeling fear of the unknown and experiencing old issues that seem magnified at this time.

How does one consciously close out 2023 and move forward in 2024?


Clear/Create 23/24 is an investment in yourself! Cindy Paine will take you on a profound journey to clarify the path of your 2024 vision using her Clear-Connect-Create Formula.  How can you consciously Create the new year by Clearing and completing the last one? This experiential workshop will guide you on that journey, step-by-step, using tools and techniques from Cindy’s book Clear Connect Create: A Powerful Path to Self Love. Using questions for reflection and discussion, journal exercises, guided visualizations, and more… this process will help you to release experiences, memories and  fulfill the promise of 2024.

This will be a much needed break for your soul and you will leave with a renewed spirit, along with the practical resources provided to help you reach your goals. This ends up being a 3-day investment in yourself and includes an individual coaching session with Cindy Paine. Sessions are broken up in 2-hour segments throughout the day. In addition, we welcome guests, Anne Discepolo, to lead us in 2 sessions of yoga, and personal Chef Margret who will provide us with delicious meals.
